Our earth is in peril. Why not try bugs?

Countries such as Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, China, and the Netherlands have a variety of bugs on the menu. Ranging from snacks to even desserts, many countries have been able to overcome the stigma against eating insects. 80% of the world's population eats bugs!

In comparing 100g of cricket steak to ground beef, the cricket steak had 3x as much protein alongside the addition of carbohydrates. Insects can be an excellent source of protein at greatly reduced COemissions.

Global reliance on fossil fuels have led to increased CO2 emissions that are heating up the Earth. There is still time to try and recover and one way to cut emissions while still providing nutrients to low-income areas is through insects.
